Hello Everyone!

Our upcoming annual meeting and Board elections will take place at 11:00am on Saturday, May 23rd (Memorial Day Weekend) at the Community Park. An agenda regarding the meeting will be shared at least 10 days prior. Nominees for the Board are being accepted, and below are the members who are running for Board positions. If the date of the meeting needs to be changed due to COVID-19 concerns, we will share an updated meeting time. Little Choga’s Place Property Owners’ Association Appointment of Proxy and Ballot 2020

1. Ballot Item 1 - Proxy:
I,_____________________________________________ a member of Little Choga’s Place Property Owners’ Association, Inc., a North Carolina not for profit corporation, hereby constitute and appoint the following proxy with full power of substitution to act on my behalf as indicated below for all matters coming forth at the Annual Meeting of Members of the Association to be held on May 23, 2020 at 11 am at the community park/docks.

2. Ballot Item 2 - Board of Directors Election:
There are five positions on the Board of Directors. Our By-Laws provide that Officers (President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary) are appointed or elected by the Board. Any person listed below has indicated their desire, to me, to stand for election as of March 1, 2020.
 Vote for up to five individuals
 One vote per platted lot.
 Enter the number of votes you hold in the box next to your candidate of choice. (I.e.- If you have two votes, place the number 2 in up to five boxes). No cumulative voting.
 You may write-in the name of any member in good standing.
